Who it is for

Three situations, one studio.

Independent shops

A collection under your own name, in your shop, alongside the brands you stock. Short runs to test a style, then reorder the one that sells.

Designers

From sketch to finished product. You bring the drawing and the intent; the studio frames the style, picks the fabrics with you, and follows the prototype and production in the workshop.

Sewing clubs

A piece designed together, then produced in a workshop, for an event or a shared collection. Same minimums, same follow-up as for a shop.

The process

From idea to delivery.

  1. 01

    Idea and scoping

Styles, quantities, budget, deadline. A first conversation sets the scope and what is still to be decided.

  2. 02

    Design in Dragaconfig

Silhouettes, fabrics, colours, patterns. A consistent view of the whole collection and an indicative quote, free, no sign-up required.

  3. 03

    Prototype

One piece made before the run, to validate the cut, the fabric and the finishes on a real garment.

  4. 04

    Production

In a partner workshop, in France or in Europe depending on the product. Six weeks when the fabrics are in stock, longer when a fabric has to be ordered.

  5. 05

    Delivery

Pieces arrive with their composition labelled, ready for the shop floor or ready to wear.

Small batches

Minimums set per product.

The minimum applies to each style, and a capsule can bring together several, each with its own quantity. You produce what you expect to sell over a season, then reorder the style that works. For a large run, the studio prepares a quote.

Fabrics and workshops

Natural materials first.

Organic cotton, wool and linen come first. Other materials suit certain products and certain uses. You can also ask for certified materials. The composition is stated from the quote onwards.

  • Organic cotton
  • Wool
  • Linen

Partner workshops in France and Europe.

The studio designs the product and entrusts production to a partner workshop. Each piece goes to the workshop equipped for it, in France or in Europe. The studio follows the prototype, then the run, through to delivery.

FAQ

The questions we hear most.

Can I have a clothing collection made under my own label in small quantities?

Yes. An independent shop, a designer or a sewing club can have a collection produced under their own name from 12 pieces per garment and 25 pieces per accessory. The studio follows the design, the prototype and production in a partner workshop.

What is the minimum order quantity for having a garment made?

12 pieces per garment, 25 pieces per accessory. You launch a short run, then reorder the style that sells.

How many pieces per run?

You set the quantity style by style, from 12 pieces per garment and 25 per accessory. For a large run, the studio prepares a quote.

How long does small-batch clothing production take?

Allow six weeks of production when the fabrics are in stock. If a fabric has to be ordered, the lead time is longer and is confirmed to you before the run is launched.

Where are the garments made, in France or in Europe?

In partner workshops in France and Europe. The studio chooses the workshop according to the product, designs the style and follows production from prototype to delivery.

Who makes the garments?

Partner workshops in France and Europe. Dragamig designs the style, picks the fabrics with you, then hands production to the workshop equipped for that type of piece. The studio follows the prototype and the run through to delivery.

Can you make garments in organic cotton, linen or wool?

Yes. Organic cotton, wool and linen come first. Other materials suit certain products. You can also ask for certified materials. The composition is stated from the quote onwards.

Can you make garments in certified materials?

Yes, on request. Mention it to the studio in the first conversation. The studio then picks a certified fabric for the style, and the quote reflects it.

How do I get a quote for a capsule collection?

Design your collection in Dragaconfig: silhouettes, fabrics, colours, patterns. The indicative quote appears instantly, free of charge and with no sign-up. For a final quote, contact the studio with your project.

How do I go from a sketch to a garment prototype?

Send your drawings and your intentions to the studio. The style is framed, the fabrics are chosen with you, then a prototype is made in the workshop before the run to validate the cut, the fabric and the finishes.
